Portland to get a dose of Mid-Valley cuisine

Living Culture now airs on Willamette Valley Television (KWVT) throughout the Portland metro area.

KWVT recently installed a transmitter on Portland's Skyline Ridge. The new signal covers the entire metropolitan area. Viewers will find KWVT on DTV channel 17.2.

This expansion of coverage comes just a few months after the completion of a transmitter on Peterson Butte, which serves Lebanon, Albany, and Corvallis. KWVT's total coverage area now encompasses 1,200,000 households. Their new slogan says it all: "From Longview to Eugene and everywhere in between."

KWVT is also being carried by a handful of cable providers in the Mid-Willamette Valley, including Minet Fiber, Country Cablevision, Scio Cablevision, and Wave Broadband. [Learn More]

Living Culture is currently scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings on KWVT, along with other local programs, including Garden Time, Fusion, Green Science Oregon, and High Desert Outdoorsman.
