Wild Salmon and Klamath Pearl Nage

This simple recipe from chef Leif Benson is a clever twist on "surf and turf". Benson uses wild salmon (surf) and Klamath Pearl Potatoes (turf) to create an elegant and tasty dish.

About chef Leif Benson

Chef Benson worked as executive chef at Timberline Lodge from 1979 to 2010.

In 2010, chef Benson was named Chef of the Year by the State of Oregon. Benson is currently serving as an Agricultural Commissioner for the Oregon Potato Commission and continues to serve as International Culinary Ambassador, promoting Oregon's abundant agricultural resources.
