Minto Island Growers is hosting a class about tea on Saturday, September 17th. Topics of discussion at this event include cultivating, drinking, and processing tea at home. The class also includes light dishes featuring tea, and tea tasting. Attendees will take home several varieties from Minto Island Growers' camelia sinensis plot. Tea expert, Balazs Hengar, will lead the class.
